Scott Lyle has been a key contributor to the Palm Springs Real Estate market since 1978. In the last 30 years, Scott and his exceptional agents, brokers and administrative team have helped over 3,000 families buy or sell a home, condominium, townhouse, and loft or investment property in the greater Palm Springs area.

We are not real estate salespeople, but rather real estate counselors giving buyers and sellers of local real estate expert knowledge and complete information.  We work closely with our clients providing "world class service" every step of the way. With an in-house marketing division we are able to produce websites, advertising campaigns that work, and state-of-the-art presentations to help clients reach their objectives. Since 1989, Scott Lyle Realtors has also been engaged in new home development sales and marketing. We have collectively represented over 500 units - handling all facets of new home development; from land acquisition to marketing, recruiting and training, to sales.

Scott Lyle Realtors operates from our Main Office, as well as many of the valley's most important new home communities. While new development has been a great addition to Scott Lyle Realtors, the backbone of our business continues to be the resale of existing homes, condominiums, townhouses, lofts and investment properties in the Coachella Valley. Our main office is a 1926 historical Spanish home on Palm Canyon Drive, in the heart of downtown Palm Springs. It fits the Scott Lyle Realtors way of doing business - where clients feel like family.
